We bring dishes together from all over the world that focus heavily on seafood and a unique Panamanian fusion. If you are looking for more local cuisine, we have dishes directly inspired by traditional Bocas Del Toro cuisine. When you sit in our dinner restaurant, you will be transported to a whole other world hidden in the hundred-year-old villa structure.

Executive Chef Joseph Archbold is a Bocas Del Toro native and star who draws from his culinary experience while abroad and at home. Chef Archbold studied with Le Cordon Bleu in Panama at La Universidad Interamericana and has worked worldwide. His credits are wondrous! He also owns the restaurant Octo in Bocas Town. You will be in great hands.

Rates are all-inclusive

Cancellation charges apply for reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival, and within 60 days of arrival for reservations between Dec. 20th and Jan. 2nd


National Panamanian legislation prohibits smoking in common areas, restaurants, and bars. For the comfort of the guests, the hotel has a non-smoking policy in the common areas, including the swimming pool, bars, and restaurants. Guests who smoke should consult Reception upon arrival for the designated areas to do so. You can smoke on the terrace of each Villa. There is a $200 charge for room recovery for people who do not comply with this policy.
